Maryann Salisbury Beach June 4, 2021
Hi Mom & Dad!

We are going to the beach in August. Put our feet in the sand and if brave enough going to ride the waves. To think back to the days we spent on the beach. Bologna, pickles and mayo sandwiches, watermelon, plums, peaches and potato chips and maybe a little sand sprinkled in. Sand on the blanket, beach chairs lined up, cooler full, umbrellas set in the sand, beach towels, sand pails & shovels................. If only it was yesteryear. Life passes us so quickly but we never forget those days on the beach.

Mom I miss you. I miss our talks hugs kisses. Thank goodness for pictures. Sorry when me & Wanda were about 3 yrs old for taking the baking flour & pouring all of it on our kids table. Sorry for always getting lost at the beach. Thank goodness you were my Mom and you loved me anyways.

Mom one of the wonderful things you gave all your daughters and grandchildren is the gift of imagination. You were the best story teller ever. The grandchildren would bring you a book to read. They did not want to hear the written words they wanted to hear Grandma's  Story. You would use your imagination to have each grandchild be a special character.
